Aaron Ramsey will be the guest on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football programme this week.

The game being covered is Nottingham Forest v Crystal Palace.

The show begins at 6.30pm.

Programme starts at 6.30pm on Sky Sports Premier League.

They will probably want to talk to him about his Arsenal days but still worth a watch.

Be good for him to find something to do with his time, as he’s not getting in front of Colwill when he’s back to fitness!

Poor rambo he's so quiet punditry is really not his forte? Spoke to him on Saturday and dont think life after footy as a pundit is for him..

Ned doesn't help when got carragah as the other pundit as he likes his own voice! Also could have brought him in to the conversation more...

I thought they gave him plenty of time to speak but didn't really say much. Carragher is the lead pundit so always going to have more to say.

Ramsey was much better post match to be fair.

I didn't see much of programme before game but they did involve him at halftime .. def not a natural in front of camera :o

Don't speak too soon.

Spent a lot of the time yesterday evening on his feet so he's probably added a couple of weeks at least to his return date.
