If he keeps this up I’d imagine the PL vultures will soon be circling.
Then we’ll have the price tag discussions

If it did start happening, anything less than £15 million is criminal.

Yeh I was thinking round about the same, possibly with a sell on too.

Calm down, he's had one outstanding game against a very poor ten man team managed by Rooney.

I’m certainly not getting carried away. Just brought it up as a talking point that’s all.

exactly consistent performances like this we need regularly then you may see interest from higher up

He's unplayable in this mood. The opposition just can't handle him.
His size, shape, strength and skill is just so unlike anyone else out there...his goal summed that up. He should never have been allowed to get a shot off yesterday but he did. He made those 2 or 3 players around him look stupid.
He's a special player...but he needs to keep working...really hope his head doesn't start to swell as a result of these performances!

They may show more interest if he consistently performs at this level, especially against stronger opposition with all 11 players on the field and the manager on the sidelines. However, he's made a good start in that direction, and for now, all we can do is wait and see.

My first 5 words were ‘if he keeps this up…’

Maybe next season? but not sure he'll make it even then

on yesterday's performance I rate Robertson very highly as well am I right that man city added a hefty sell on clause when selling him.

He played the same against Southampton so that's 2 games so far this season with not mush in between, hence the inconsistent comments from a lot. Hopefully that was just down to Bulut's tactics & what he was asking Rubin to do & now we'll get to see the real Rubin.
I'm sure we would all love for him to become the next Gareth Bale for us & Wales, then have the big teams come knocking but it's way too soon for that.

He’s arguably made motm performances in his last 4 under Riza.
He was played wrong by Bulut.

Even £20mill
I know 5 Championship Clubs are monitoring Rubin
Leeds, Sheffield United, Burnley , Luton and Blackburn

I'd assume every premier league and the bigger championship clubs have a hefty "Rubin" dossier, he is hardly unknown.
I believe the premier leagues obsession with the high press leaves Rubin out of most of their sights, but he is made for Italy. His size has been a hindrance, but he is strengthening into that frame so his lack of pace gets substituted with power. He makes players miss and look stupid and that beats defensive systems every time.
Riza may be the first proper coach he has had since McCarthy brought him onto the scene. He needs a lot of freedom with some responsibilities and all the coaches he has had were either too inexperienced, useless or stubborn

Agree - And just to add - Tanner - Robinson - Robertson ... just to name 3 more have been given their chance under Riza .

I think Bellers needs to have a look too.

Cash in with a loan back clause, so we get him for another season.

Reminds me of Matt Le Tissier in his pomp
