No way as the bank that Liverpool owe the money to is the same bank that wants Hicks and the other fella out.So its highly unlikely that they will press for a winding up order.A pity though

Texas judge puts restraining order on Liverpool sale. He does not see how a man's property can be taken from him & sold without his permission.

Obviously the Texas judge has never been to Liverpool :D :D :ayatollah:

I still do not see how a Texas Court can over ride a British high court unless its because it is concerning two americans but if
another backer came in to buy Liverpool and the british High Court decides that deal can go through then the Yanks should have no say what so ever .

I remember thinking how silly the Leeds situation was then we have had us Pompi & Palace but the Lpool fiasco is crazy

What all this proves is football is a mess and there should be something done as so many clubs getting into trouble and will damage football big time.
