Parking in Merthyr

Does anyone know if there is free parking anywhere in Merthyr town centre?

Tesco for 3 hours then walk into town !

No - I'm hopefully starting a new job and there is no parking.

Need to park up for the whole day but there is nowhere free from what I can find.

Behind Cheggers is permit only i think.
Best bet is to park down in Rhydycar (Where the leisure centre, nandos, cinema etc is).
Free for all day I believe.

Can you imagine phoning them up........................After three hours of ringing someone answers......Hello Merthyr job centre (said in a Polish accent) CALLER/ oh high I'm just ringing up about a job !! POLISH WOMAN/ No jobs here!! CALLER/ There was a job for a cleaner POLISH WOMAN/ i am cleaner and i have only job here, i was told if phone rang which is highly unlikely it would be a wrong number which is similar number to the benefits office next door good bye.

I will get my coat again
