BLOODY WALES !

Well Another campaign down the drain ey.....

I blame 3 different main reasons for why we have become the laughing stock of British Football.

Firstly: TOSHACK.
His stubborness and/or mangership forced/pushed many a player away from international football, ala, Collins, Oster, Savage, Parry, Koumas.
His defense mindedness has pushed away all flair and free flow attack out of our players, years of playing 5-3-2 hs ruined our ability to attack fluently andwithout fear.
And these 2 in tow, brought down our ranking due to bad result after bad result, which in tow, LOST US CROWDS.
You can argue players were gonna leave anyway and that he brought through youngsters, but FLYNN brought them through, he nurtured them and then toshack took them once his stubborness had pushed away the first teamers.

Secondly: THE FANS.
Wave after wave of fans lost heart and faith in the team during Toshacks era. Constantly defense minded tactics, getting us nowhere, and loss after loss, and free falling down the rankings, meant the fans couldnt bring themselves to do it anymore. And like I said in the first point, with no crowds to raise the players out of the dumps, it was never going to help the team.

Thirdly: FAW
The organization is a joke. They don't promote games, they care only about the money. They should be promoting games as much as poss' in the local area and across Wales to draw the crowds in. They need cheaper prices, as nobody is gonna pay what they ask to watch a team ranked 84th in the world. Also get rid of this stupid membership crap to go to away games, just a pathetic money making scheme and there is no need for it. Major overhaul is needed, less of this Old man, smoky room organization. 'TEAM, FANS AND PROGRESSION FIRST. :ayatollah:

I have to disagree about Toshack.. No manager could have done better with the players we have for the Welsh team
we just have to face the fact Wales are not good enough.

We had years of English people saying its a shame that Ian Rush Mark Hughes were Welsh as they were the best strikers about at the time it was said about Ryan Giggs and Bellamy and will now be said about Gareth Bale.

Our problem is we have 1 maybe 2 great players 2 average players and normally 7 or 8 poor players no manager can be blamed and I include Toshack.

It was time for Toshack to go as everyone were blaming him so what now we sack Flynn then another manager then sack him after another failing when does it stop.

I only worry that Flynn might say bollocks to it and leave altogether as he will be missed with the under 21s.

it was actually quite refreshing to see us attacking, passing and moving pretty well. Be interesting to see how the game would have ended with someone like bellamy to link up with bale, seemed to be lacking the finishing touch infront of goal. Although the result didnt reflect the game, it was encouraging that Flynn had sent them out to take the game to them and attack and pass and move more fluently, just a shame they forgot how to defend

I wonder if Flynn would have played the last 2 games exactly the same way if he'd have known he'd get more than 2 games. Personally I think he should be given a chance to give it a proper go, 2 games isn't enough for anyone.
