What is it with these Liverpool fans?

Tue Oct 12, 2010 7:20 am

They seem to think they have the right to be up the top of the premier league challenging for the league the cups and gauranteed a place in the champions league. It pisses me off how these bigger clubs seem to think it's there god given right. Personally I don't think it'll be a sad day for football if they do go into admin get the 9 point deduction and get relegated. Football nowadays is targeted at keeping these clubs at the top to keep income from sponsorship high for the big cup competitions.

Well from someone who was the only Cardiff City fan in primary school growing up (with no div 1 team) and one of only 3 in high school. I say f**k em! Move over for the next conqourers of Europe!

I actually feel a bit sorry for them. Cast your mind back toi when Ridsdale was in charge here and we had demonstrations against him. We were in the same boat back then. It's not just about taking it for granted that they're winning trophies and remaining at the top to the detrement of poorer clubs, it's about keeping their club alive. The same situation we were in not so long ago

Well let them support their club in the lower divisions. We got to be realistic Liverpool will not do a Chester city. Maybe a Portsmouth but hey they've had there turn at the top and we've had ours down the bottom. Let them worry about if their club will last another season, I can tell you I've had enough of all that! Let our good times role! (in good times I mean financial stability not necessarily on the pitch although it would be nice)

They had that Dr Rogan Josh or whatever his name is on BBC news, the one from Liverpool Uni. He was spouting off that LFC is more important than anything in the lives of Liverpudlians, its an institution etc, blah blah blah and because of that they will win their court case to enable them to sell the club, and in any case the bank would not dare ask for their money on Friday because of who they are and the fact that the bank was bailed out by the government.Who the feck do they think they are I hope the yanks win their case and give those deluded Scousers(and the plastics) a reality check

I do not want to see any club go because of what happened to us under Ridsdale we were so close to being ruined so I understand the hurt and anger the true Lpool supporters are feeling.

The plastics do not care, you will never get to them as they will move onto another Prem club, they are not true supporters.

I hate the club and the way they are held in such high regard despite being also rans for 20 years now (I know some will bring up the Champions League but they were lucky as fcuk)!

I hate a large portion of their support for the following reasons.

1) Thousands of them went to the Champions League final in Istanbul without tickets, forced their way in or bought fakes, meaning loads who had tickets were locked out.
2) Thousands of them turned up at Hillsborough without tickets, forced their way in and caused the crush that killed 96 of their own and no one ever blames the fans. It was all the police's fault!
3) They killed 39 Juventus fans at Heysel, live on tele, yet they have no reputation with the press (unlike us and I'm unaware we've ever killed anyone).
4) My plastic mate was at the Millennium Stadium for the FA Cup final and warned some scouse runts that they wouldn't get near the stadium without tickets. To which they replied want a bet before walking past a group of kids foolishly holding their tickets in their hands, snatching them and running off into the crowd.

I feel sorry for the genuine fans but I don't have an ounce of sympathy for the ones who committed the above acts and I hope they can't sleep at night!

But's it ok coz all scousers have got a great sense of humour! :banghead:

They probably don't have a clue what's going on with "their" club. They just claim to be fans but don't pay attention to what's happening.

Same here, I feel for their proper fans
