This Liverpool thing

Just read that these agreements signed over by hicks and gillete only relate to lfc not kop holdings, always felt there best bet was contesting the offer as reasonable ad t offer is around £150m short of what it's perceived to be worth. Given this news about kop holdings, I fail to see how t courts can rule against h & g as t holding company surely supersedes that of t fc. Personally, I don't and never have thought they would go into admin, someone somewhere will make it a little more worth their while to go before that happens, unfortunately!
