Bellamy = 1 game a week

Will be playing either Tuesday or Saturday according to his fitness coach

Now I'm off to Wales to further work on the rehab of Craig Bellamy who will be playing with Cardiff City on either next Saturday or Tuesday.

Like last year at Manchester City we use the same principle of 'only 1 game a week' again this season at Cardiff City for CB.

As CB is a very explosive player with an extreme injury history.....playing 3 games within the space of 7 days would be asking for problems.

Perhaps a half in both games ? If we are winning against the shitheads take him off as soon as poss so he can play the next game simples

not as simple as that Im afraid as he can only play 1 game every 7 days regardless of how long and either for club or country , if Wales v Bulgaria had been last Saturday and NOT Friday then he would have been available for selection

Thats not how the old human body works I'm afraid.

But I definitely agree that when we are winning games easily with 20-30 minutes to
go we should take him off
