I'm glad we are talking about actual humans, and not humans with 6 fingers. We would be second by a long way if we were talking about the latter.

These figures can’t be right overall Pontypridd rugby club , Newport RFC and a few other rugby clubs are getting bigger attendances than Welsh League football club and as Annis has mentioned no Merthyr Town FC in the list

Just more evidence that Wales can not sustain on its own a large professional competition. We have enough interest to sustain a few teams but not entirely leagues.
I've seen a few cymru prem league fans arguing that we, the jacks, Newport, Wrexham and Merthyr should be there too. If that happens then kiss good bye to any meaningful support.

I've said before we need to get the women in the English pyramid too to get some competition and sustainability. Wales can't support a high level professional competition. Just look at our "national sport" rugby to see that

Nice to see the Devils selling out every game still.. the Owners are doing a good job there. Good Wrexham support also.

Spot on about the women the welsh league is too easy for them, I can see them if they joined the English league having a quality following, but I think there is the other cardiff ladies already in the English league ?

They do yep. But I've seen they are changing their name to gwalia and also play in Newport now at spytty.

Look at the games they have though.

Plymouth. Ipswich. Oxford. Mk dons.
A team that is basically Barnet to name a few.

Established clubs with infrastructure in place.

They also get 22 matches compared to 14.
