Amazing results / Cardiff do well and I mean well right up to 16 yrs old and they don’t get all taken from us, just 4 max in 15 yrs.

It all goes wrong as soon as they go up in the ages above 16, then the coaching becomes disastrous and our talent gets totally messed up.

Cardiff Accademy actually gets the best Talent from West Wales to Cardiff and the Valleys and even down to Southampton.

£millions get spent / plenty funded to the Accademy, but then the Talent is suddenly lost.

Unfortunately it's money wasted when they can't get the right staff in, the academy can be saved next season if they get new staff in. Currently the guys in charge at the moment just ain't good enough

Personally I would get rid of Chesterfield and Purse ASAP

They've had very good staff upto last 2yrs but since Hughes left its gone downhill at the top particularly ... hopefully once its bedded down (new facilities) top people will want to come not go as been case recently.

Annis there's been a few quality staff but the club set up made things difficult for youngsters to progress behond 16 so staff leave to better pastures... now with all the things happening off yhe field new academy new training facilities it shows we are progressive club and good catch for people and youngsters? But Tan needs to move out if only because of his reputation as being crazy owner...

Arsenal Chelsea and Southampton, will probably pinch all the best ones over the next few years.
