Annis unless there's been a change Leicester have wormed their way out of sanctions by both efl and premier league..... they are in default of ffp but the sanctions under 2.9 rule they were being done for was overturned by appeals panel ... Leicester argument was they fell outside that rule... basically because they said at time wasn't in premier league and by time efl ffp rule comes effective they wasnt in efl!! That rule is being changed as you can imagine? People laud their owners for supporting club financially but this is 2nd time they've took football for a ride last time was stadium cost as went into administration after stadium completion but before it was paid for then got promotion on back of it.

Their corrupt actions brought about points deductions for future teams. Their success is directly linked to their Stadium build and then the subsequent administration.

What is the point of deducting points when they go up as they're still then going to collect the millions for promotion and parachute payments if they go back down due to deducted points.
Just take points now or refuse them promotion.

The whole ffp rules are a mess..... amount was set years ago and is now not fit for purpose as financially wages and costs have changed ? Football is taking a look at it ...... when you got richest club in world unable to buy players you know there's a problem with ffp ...

Everton, Forest and now Leicester all getting immediate decisions and Man City can pile them all together and bide their time

Story goes that man c will out spend premier league with solicitors fees fighting all 110 charges So it will never come to an end... been many years do far at what cost to premier league?
