Worrying as we first thought
Told Aaron Ramsey to have a scan on his calf injury tomorrow
Ramsey has only made 7 appearances in 38 League / Cup games ( most only 45mins) this season for Cardiff City.
Ramsey 1-2 weeks now out with a calf strain, that could be even more time before Ramsey actually starts for us.

Ledley King him. Put him in a straight jacket Sun-Friday and wheel him out Saturdays only.
Even unfit, he's too good for this league.

Light running and jogging in training. And technical. Nothing stressful.
Do the same route we did with Bellamy. It'll keep him going.

Wont see a lot more of him rest of season. Like last time the injury date will keep getting moved back and lies about this week he's expected etc will continue again
