Ive just spoke to a couple of them and they adamant that she was arrogant and slapped one off them, they got off 3 stops before and then she started on the young ones aged 14-18 yrs old and thats when she got out of hand.

just got in from school to see these cctv images, what a load of bollocks! im the one on the top right.. gunna phone up in a bit and see what they got to say.. also gunna complain about actions taken against her, will let you all know later on.

hopefuly a charge of assault can be leveled against her
there are plenty of witnesses about and cctv to support the attack
