So, the transfer window opens tomorrow.

We all hope that Erol Bulut will be able to add quality to his squad and I’m sure he will.

The press will link us to about 100 players so not all of them will be true. That’s what the press do and it’s also agents trying to get more interest in their players so they can get more money.


But members on here will also post information they know to be true. A lot of the time they will have faith with their sources.

A lot can go wrong with transfers though. Something that seems certain at one point, can easily fall apart within hours.

So I hope that everyone on here will not abuse people for posting a potential transfer that doesn’t go on to happen. Things can change quickly.

I would predict that we spend a net amount of £5-6M

Keeper - Runnerson goes back to Arsenal and we make a bid to buy Danny Ward (he is not in the Leicester squad at all) and would come at a price of £1-1.5M
Attacking players - Out Robinson for about £1M ( with Colwill now stepping up to the plate and of course Rambo coming back) he is surplus to requirements

In - Moore Net cost £2M ( supposed to be nailed on)
In - Besektas (Cost £3M) wages will be freed up from Robinson going out
In - Ucan ( not sure where this is at)
In - David Brookes (loan)

I would have said that a left back would be needed but with Collins now not going to the Afcon Cup now not needed as well as O,Dowda comming back
Other Exits - Sawyers, Rhinomota, Campbell, and Evans and Possibly Tanner

Moore isn't worth 2 million or 3 million if by net you mean 2 million plus the 1 million payment they owe us, he's almost at the end of his career and has never really been a prolific goal scorer except for the one season here before he downed tools & sulked. Ned I thought that Bournemouth owe us £2m as they pay the full amount over the length of his contract so I thought that there were two payments left

1 We can’t afford even a third of the wages
2 If Deli plays a certain number of games including while on loan it will trigger the extra 30/ 40 million they have to pay Spurs Not sure how many more games he needs to play but I am sure Everton in their state will not want to trigger it . They will want to sell if anything

In answer to the cost of buying KM, I would rate his market value at £3M, Bournemouth are due to pay £1M - £1.5M to City this month hence my estimate of net cost being £2M.

The position of Basektas is surrounding the wages issue and if we were to offload Robinson, Sawyers and Rhinomoto there would be room in the budget to accommodate this lad as well as others.

The Brookes speculation is looking at the position that he is not starting for a lower Premier league team ( he has only had a similar amount of minutes to Moore) he needs to start playing regularly and a championship club loan would be ideal for all parties so why not us!

I think we're a 3 of a small club on this matter, most seem to think he's some sort of returning messiah because he had 1 good season here. He's better than what we have but not better than a lot of players who aren't. Now I see some are saying he's worth over 3 million, 3 million what though because it's not pounds.

I also think he'll end up here & I hope he has a better attitude than when he left.
