Really having a go at Womens football, interesting to watch.I do agree with a lot of it but he says it as it is which makes it more controversial :occasion5:

His managerial career has failed so he’s desperately trying to forge a career in the GBNews/TalkTV scene.

It’s pathetic to watch and it’s even more pathetic when people eat it up.

Incoherent bollox.

Started by slating female pundits in the men's game, then went onto commentators now it is just women's football and footballers.

There'll be enough who buy his shit to make him some sort of free-thinking maverick, but he is just trying to find a way to make a buck and stay relevant.

Problem is, football was a way for many guys to escape family life for a brief time on a Saturday afternoon. Meet his mates etc. that’s it. Women chatter on bloke football is not wanted I’d say. Seems pretty annoying.

Could be worse he could be trying to forge a career on BBC or Sly News. Just toe the Woman can have a penis, Islam is the religion of peace and aren’t refugees wonderful line and he’d get a prime time slot.

The problem with Barton's scouse Alf Garnet's impression is that it did take away any debate about football pundits. What are they there for?

They are a bit old school. A bloke that used to play pro football, may have an allegiance to a club but may have not picked a professional ball in 20 years. Barton talked about Alan Smith co-commentating with a women commentator last week, but Smith played with black boot, 442, shit pitches, drinking culture, and one sub !!!!!! WTF does he know what it feels and looks like today, he is barely any different from you or me.

I have seen you-tubers offer more insight tactically, whether that is male or female why does it matter? The old boys and new girls that do get the Sky,TNT or BBc gig are lucky because most of them are fortunate one hasn't tried spicing it up with some unknown who does know what they are talking about and blow their lazy cliched bollox out the water.

They all do their coaching badges but give so little. When i get a consultant in to give me their professional take on something me or my company are not experts in, I pay attention and I expect a lot, what do the ex-pro football (male or female) really deliver?

Barton is as thick as a brick. He's just trying to jump on the bandwagon for popularity now that the woke cranks are being criticised for the loons that they are. He posted high brow books he'd read and claimed he liked The Smiths in an attempt to make himself appear intelligent and then did an interview with a french accent, which was beyond cringe worthy. If you haven't seen the interview, Google it, it's as hilarious as it is embarrassing.

Personally I've found the women pundits a breath of fresh air. I think they have held their own against the more senior make pundits and have taken the criticism well. I can well imagine this has upset some of the old dodgers here.

But what is a pundit or co-commentator? Someone who gives an opinion, why should you even come from the closed-shop world of men's professional football? Its like not listening to historians because they weren't there!

My daughter has been to every home game since the stadium opened, she is now 22, why is her opinion on why the Wintle Sio partnership doesn't work any less than some bloke who played parks football or even professional for 20 years?

Pep was goading all the old Man U pundits and Carragher over who is qualified to comment on Citeh's attempt to win 4 in a row, is that the end of this.....Only Pep or KDB can comment on football as they are the most qualified?

MOTD is increasingly irrelevant as it's just highlights and punditry. You get far better analysis on YouTube and nearly all of it is free, plus you don't have to listen to the smug woke overpaid hypocrite that is Gary Lineker.
