Genuine question. Sitting in the Grandstand last night watching Bulut non-stop gesturing to the players, telling them go this way, go that way, the players look like they are caught in the headlights every time he shouted at them.
Now its great to see a manager getting involved, (I remember Dave Jones just standing there with his hands in his pockets) but I have some concern that the players are frightened to try something constructive on their own.
How many times is the ball passed backwards when its begging for a pass forwards - its as if they are frightened to use their own initiative in case its against the way in which the manager has coached them to play.
I know we are not blessed with the best footballers at the moment but I worry that the dire standard of football we are presently playing will have the crowd turning on Bulut as that will not help the team.

So we have someone on another thread complaining that Bulut was sat on his arse and here another suggesting he over coaches the players. You couldn't make it up.

Over drilled I’d say, the players have been trained in one style of play so much that they don’t know what to do when it doesn’t work.
