There have now been 37 managerial departures in the Championship since the start of last season.

That’s the equivalent to a managerial change every 13 days.

Not really a problem as they get their contracts paid up and many soon pick up another job. We were apparently paying off 3 ex Managers last season!

A lot of managers have lost their job in the Championship, as clubs will be worried about their league position ahead of the transfer window.

Strangely though, we’re in December and the only Premier League manager to go is Paul Heckingbottom. Normally a lot more by this point.

Managers get sacked to easily nowadays.

But they do get nice pay offs.
