3 of the top 4 are relegated sides from the Premiership with gigantic budgets”
“Then there’s a newly promoted side”
“Ridiculous”
Ipswich have had the joint best start in Championship history!
The rest of the league should applaud Ipswich on one of the lowest budgets and we’re last season in Lesgue 1.

Tony, but it’s a great position to be if your up there.
Better than being in the bottom 4.

It's their manager they'll lose first. Some PL club with big bucks will make him an offer he can't refuse and then probably sack him a few months later.

Ipswich Town CEO Mark Ashton has confirmed the club will have 'more firepower' in the January transfer window after refraining from spending big in the summer.
Mark Ashton: “We spent very little this summer, but the board will fully back our manager this coming January transfers window and give him the players he needs for promotion.”

Never forgiven Ipswich for winning our last ever league game at NP, the bastards.

Blame Dave Jones and his attitude towards the game and we ran around after in a pure white kit, lap
of honour.
We were awful and showed NO passion at all on the pitch, it hurt beyond.

McKenna is a top manager, one of the best in the UK.
Solskjaer was a very nice person but not a good manager - we know that and Man Utd fans deep down know that.
But at United he had two brilliant coaches, Kieran McKenna and Michael Carrick.
McKenna got Ipswich promoted in his first full season and now they’re looking good for another promotion.
Carrick took over at Middlesbrough part the way through last season and took them from relegation candidates to the play-offs. Started slowly this season but picking up now, I always had no doubt they’d have another good season if Carrick stayed. Expect them to be around the top six again.
McKenna and Carrick will both be high on the list when Premier League clubs around the bottom are looking for a new manager and rightly so.
Just shows what a good manager can do, as we’re seeing with Bulut.
