Cardiff manager Erol Bulut:
"Today we saw two different 45 minutes. First half, we dominated. With that, we conceded a goal from the corner and we came back with two goals and could score three or even four.
"But the game is 90-95 minutes. I was expecting in the second half how we finished the first half. We couldn't put that performance on the field.
"Also, today our substitution players didn't really help us. In previous weeks that was different, they brought us points. That was also the key to how we lost the game 3-2. You can lose a game but not how we showed in the last 25 minutes.
"We didn't fight. We didn't concentrate. We lost the ball too quickly and allowed the opponent some chances."

To be fair, I thought Bulut’s tactics against a poor Norwich team were to blame today. Why do we have to play so negatively when we are at home? This passing out of defence game is awful, as we are not good at it, and Norwich took advantage by putting us under a great deal of pressure constantly. Apart from Ralls, our midfield was poor today, and Siopis had by far his worse game for us. Also, when THEY were slow playing out of defence we just hung back and let them come out without any pressure being applied. The referee also, didn’t have a good game, seeming to miss a clear foul on Meite which led to a corner and first goal. She also appeared to miss a clear penalty for us when, I think it was Robinson, was fouled from behind in the penalty box. Apart from that she seemed to be a long way from the action for most of the game, and in my opinion, she is not yet ready for Championship football.
Norwich improved as the match progressed and thoroughly deserved their win, with an unbelievable 20 shots during the match. We certainly need someone in midfield like their No. 27 Rowe, who dictated the game from start to finish.
Please Erol, let’s be a lot more positive at home, and forget this slow play out of defence, or you will start losing support, which will be a shame, as you have started your tenure with a great deal of promise.
