Darren Purse once again takes charge of the U21’s where as their manager for the 3rd season in a row Purse has had awful results, currently bottom of the league, yet has been able to field strong teams with a lot of good names.


Tomorrow can Purse finally get a decent result.

Brilliant by Colwill and Ashford rounds the keeper to finish it off.

Playing very well, as are Crole and Ashford.

Not so sure any of these defenders will ever be good enough for the Championship. It's 3-0 but Bristol have missed a lot of chances.

Definitely not a 3-0 game so far.

The only negative of todays game was the sight of Kieron Evans being helped off the pitch. The winger was hacked down while on a mazy run and immediately clutched his ankle as the referee stopped play. He couldn't continue and was removed from the field of play. Given City are likely looking for him to head out on loan in January, they will hope it's not too serious.

Yes he looked a very good player, wonder why he has not been given a pro contract yet, lets hope we do not lose him.
