Checked my rewards today after having an email regarding new content in the Rewards and noticed I was down 65 points and 2 badges. I know I’m a big kid
Contacted the club and had the following reply

We recognise that there was a technical issue with the Bristol attendance badge and are currently investigating an issue. We are working on identifying and resolving this issue.
