Cardiff City’s Best start for 6 years:
Two seasons of Swansea doing the double over Welsh Rivals Cardiff City for the first time in their history.
Cardiff have broken all records in their history for the worst ever runs.
The club has had an over haul for the first time in years and for the better.
PERRY NG:
“Last year was horrible," the defender said after the 2-0 win over Rotherham. "I think this year we have more structure and we know what we’re doing with and without the ball, which is very, very important. We are more organised and structured this year, which goes a long way, and we’ve signed quality players.
“You can see that the club has gone in the right direction from top to bottom, from the new academy to some of the lads signing new deals. All of that makes a massive difference.
"The squad is a lot stronger this year. We did have talented players last year, but we were a lot less structured and we didn't really know what we were doing at times and this year that's what made the difference. On and off the pitch, going into training is a lot more enjoyable. Last year it was a bit depressing, but there's a smile and everyone is buzzing, so it makes a lot of difference."
Three of the last four wins have come with a clean sheet, a major and relatively unspoken positive. There have also been eleven different goalscorers, sharing that burden is important for any team who has designs on breaking into the top portion of the table.

Always interesting to hear the players side of it all. Saying that some of them are more political than the Board members.
Last season was horrible for the fans so it must have been a lot more worse for the players. I would have imagined they all thought they needed to dig in then dig themselves out of the hole. When you look at it like that then this is the time you need the support of the fans.
Well the fans were there and the team got out of the hole. Now its time to correct it all and so far so good.

You and Ng will be told it was never bad by Wez and the last few years have been superb under Tans guidance
I am just so pleased we have a change in direction and we have put football people more in charge.
