" Siopis "

What a signing.

Let's be honest, we only got him because of Bulut. He is too good for this league, and could easily do a job in the Premier League.

Grimes has controlled these derbies for years but was totally outclassed by Siopis tonight.

Been impressed with him in all the games he's played so far, but tonight he was on another level.

He's was outstanding, seems really down to earth and said "feels like I've been playing here 6 months already" so seems to have settled quickly

Well impressed with Siopis - Never stops running - pressing -and is clam on the ball ...Great signing :bluebird:

First time I'd seen him 'live' and was so impressed...

Gave my MotM vote to Ollie Tanner but it could easilt have been him (or Rambo) :ayatollah:

Small in stature but huge in heart
Never stops and clearly wants to do great things at Cardiff
Had an excellent game
Just missed out on MOTM for me, due to the excellent Aron Ramsey, yet I wouldnt argue with anyone who went for Siopis

100% agree. Grimes has had it easy in recent history, highlighting a need for Siopsis, and getting him in, again, kudos to Bulut!!! What a performance. May be our most important player!!

Spot on and people should remember that if a couple of results don't go our way.

Looked a bit lost in earlier games but that was to be expected. His performance last night showed we have a really good player, at least 'top Championship'.

Amazing.

Really loved that he made a beeline for Collins after Tanner scored that goal. Have him a big hug.

Could be a captain option.

Him and Ramsey are class. Wish he was Welsh. Reminds me of Allen in 2016.

Reminded me of Allen too. Very busy infront of the defenders, lots of disruption, lots of tidying up, then putting in a decent pass to set us going forward.
Very good acquisition.

Was my man of the match. Had an excellent game and really dominated midfield to put us on the front foot.

I know we’ve had to make do with slim pickings in the transfer market in years gone by, but Ramsey aside, I honestly think Siopis could be our best signing for what 5/6 years?

He was absolutely immense last night, must have covered some serious ground. Some player.

Siopis reminds me of gunnerson loves to break up the play by getting into the opposing players you can see he loves playing for Cardiff we have a job holding on to him and tanner if they keep performing like they are

He's a breath of fresh air Siopis. How long has it been since we've had a proper midfield general in the middle of the park. He is a bit like Gunnars but with more pace and so much more technique. Ice cool under pressure, just a class act. Defo premier league standard, could see him playing in a Fulham side or something - what has Harrison Reed got that Siopis hasn't. Very lucky to have him and we've got him purely on the basis of who our manager is...another thing that was class last night...the atmosphere!!!

He's 1/2 premiership quality players in our team. We all know who the other is

Another 100 percent effort from him , what a player , and I think he’s going to get better through the season , just what we have been missing , class
Tanner is another one who is going to be a great player

Siopis had a cracking game. He's been quality since arriving and definitely atleast a candidate for MOM

Watched his interview with CCTV, he absolutely loved it yesterday

On another positive I think he will be a great help in colwill Coming good, rubin is a little bit of a luxury player and having this little dynamo behind him will allow him to try and do ramseys role he inevitably needs a break.

He does so many little things that just make the team work better, allow a couple more players to go forward as well. Helps us play out from the back as well, its great.

A fantastic signing who in my opinion is going to get even better.

The more games he has with this team the more he'll get to know what his teammates are going to do/where they're going to run/how they play etc

Hopefully we can keep hold of him for the foreseeable

Again tonight - Did not stop running and doing his job - What a signing :bluebird:

It's no coincidence our form improved once he signed. Like a little terrier biting at the oppositions ankles, but calm on the ball and a decent range of passing. Brilliant!

He needs a song but I've been racking my brain to find anything where his name fits

To the tune of Lola.

His name is siopis. He is a Greek man. He came to Cardiff in the sun, he just loves to run and run. Hes got a bushy beard.

That's all I got sorry!!
