Embarrassing defending for their goal

Didn't even try

Shouldn’t be playing left back.
He can do a job there if you need it, but he can’t play there week in, week out.

Not sure it was a case of not trying, more that he completely switched off for a second and was caught out.

Another easy goal to give away.

Shocking defending.

he is a midfielder/attacker, we get away with it every now and then, but not a starter

He had a bad game; it happens to all players. COD played well at LB last season and will come good. If doesn't then he loses his place in the team.

I think he did well to cover grant on lots of occasions and 1 time he completely switched off was the worst timing. But let's not forget its his 1st poor thing hes done since he's been here really. Collins should start with odowda on wing grant bench if he's lucky on 2 games played so far

A rare mistake from him to be fair. Couldn't relax for a second with Grant having an absolute shocker
Improved second half

I really like O'Dowda, one of the only players along with Ramsey that looked sharp and was trying to get some momentum going. A very rare but bad mistake from him. He'd still defo be on my next team sheet though for sure

It was bad but he’s a forward/winger at the end of the day

Most agree he is out of position and should be on the wing apart from "Worcester" who says we have better players in that postion
I say who? grant is sh.t on the wing total crap yesterday no speed kept collapsing after 5yds run or lost it
as soon as tanner came on he did more in 15 mins that what grant did all day
and
bowler is no better than o'dowda so who are these better wingers than o' dowda .
Names please?

Did you say Bowler was crap after the Leeds game?

O’Dowda did make unusual howler for the goal but also was superb to get that ball cut back for our goal.

No i said grant was crap and i don't think bowler is a better winger than o' dowda they are very similar not rubbishing him at all but some say we have better than o' dowda to play on the wing and that was before bowler arrived with us
so just wanted to know who are all these wingers that we have that are better than o' dowda post bowler in that position.

Whilst it was a howler, he had no vocal support to say he had a man on. Shows the lack of communication at the back.

The issue for O'Dowda is where his best position is and if we play that system.

I look at Grant, Meite and Robbo as inside or wide forwards, who definitely could play centre-forward, whereas O'Dowda is a traditional 442 winger, playing on his correct side, give him the ball, beat your man, and whip a cross in. The game most of us oldies were schooled in. That has been replaced with wingbacks at the top level.

Citeh and Liverpool have very attacking full backs in a back four, but they have two sitters who know when to cover when one of the fullbacks goes up field.

He also has the attributes to be Ralls replacement IMO

The manager has all sorts of options whereas the previous ones didn't.
