Actual signings?

After countless threads detailing players will be signing in 24 or 48 hours, which haven't happened, does anyone have any actual solid leads which allude to us signing anyone?

Names are always held back from these posts as are positions. It would be nice for someone who is "itk" to actually step up with something worthwhile.

We are all city fans, or is it because you want to feel important?

To be fair it was Bulut himself who said he was looking at 2 signings before tonight’s game.

That being said there is a certain chancer on Twitter who seems to be indulging in the attention claiming to be ITK which is just a bit sad really as his picture shows that he’s a fully grown man

So you create another thread having a go at other threads about people commenting on future signings.

Not people commenting. People who consistently post random rubbish claiming to be in the know.

I find it interesting to read posts on people's views on who's going to sign. I definitely don't buy into them, just makes for good reading.

Nobody knows who's coming in tbh they just chuck an obvious "player due to sign" off some rumour twitter post and hope they do but anyone can do that. I don't listen to 90% of the bullshit in the media or online unless it's on the ccfc official website is crap untill it happens how I've always looked at it otherwise we would have signed 20 players in the last two weeks if you go on online crap but some of the names people make up for a post are embarrassing from them as if there living on another planet.

I previously commented on you for not challenging posters opinions which you disagree with rather than trying to discredit them due to their low posting numbers and inferring they must be previous posters who have been banned.

This is how I feel about transfer speculation or any speculation. If there is a thread stating we are going to sign a player within 48 hours then that is good enough for me. If there is further information which is clearly stated as speculation e.g. it is a striker, CM, CF etc. then I am grateful but will wait for the outcome.

I have no right to know the inner workings of the club but I'm grateful for any hints true or not of what might be going on.

TBH mate I understood what you were inferring, but I can also see how some of the other posters would interpret it differently. Public forums are a nightmare for getting context correct, we all get it wrong at some point.

I think it was harsh for the moderator to make that comment about when you left the forum. When you log on or off is totally irrelevant and a cowardly attempt to dismiss you.

However, the moderator was correct to point out that it was Bulut who made the 48hr 'player signing prediction' and he was only relying that message.

I would guess there are very few ITK know people and ultimately the only really ITK people are those running the club. Circumstances can change within minutes so someone who is ITK at this moment might not be in ten minutes time.

I agree with what you said. I didnt mean to take it out on the mod at all but at that specific point in time it was frustrating (I'm aware it was Bulut who said it)
