Tom Davies from Everton is available on a free too. Was training at the same place as Barkley. Centre mid. Seen his name mentioned on Twitter once or twice.

I honestly love the mystery, discussions and guessing. The soap opera of football is far more entertaining and engaging than any of the crap on tv!!

The number of quality free agents out there is mental. Just a shame we don’t have the pull or the wage bill for half of them.

Han-Noah Massengo rumoured with Leeds, would have liked him on a free.

Axel Tuanzebe linked with Sheffield United. Very unlikely.

Haris Belkelba a CDM with experience in France, free agent.

Nampalys Mendy could go to Turkey. Very unlikely.

Yann M’Vila, wouldn’t happen but recently played in Greece (Olympiakos).

Almamy Touré, recently played in Germany and was a cheap transfer. But still a good player and out of reach, linked with Lorient.



Obviously….players we probably can’t get. But, it’s an interesting exercise to look at what the free agent market can offer for certain clubs.

Let’s hope we can find some hidden gems.

There are shed loads of quality players out of contract.

What a tonne of money Real Madrid have written off with Eden Hazard.
