there is a great piece on bbc about their current situation. the current owners have pumped in over £200m but over spent on wages and transfers, and then let players contracts run down and either lost players on free or the cheap. the FFP says about £13m losses, they recorded over a 5 year period a loss of £146m. they are in some serious trouble, did read online, they knew this was coming, and bought Savage ASAP to get the deal over the line before the embargo came in.

We not perfect but shows how lucky we are to have had such stability over recent years. Wasn’t that long ago we were In similar situations.

Reading boss Ruben Selles increasingly frustrated as a fresh transfer embargo halts potential incomings. Fulham forward Jay Stansfield and Manchester City midfielder Lewis Fiorini among loan targets but face competition. Any potential Reading deals though now on hold.
