im having a nightmare. i usally just purchase a season ticket for me but this season my daughter wants one. so im on the website i assign us both to our tickets but it keeps saying The age requirement has not been met, please select another price type. but there isnt an option to change it ? ive tried on my phone and the pc with no joy can anyone have the answer for me ?

Have you created her her own account? She needs her own fan number. Then when you go to buy assign the ticket to her and it should recognise her category?

yeah done all that im not sure whats going on its not changing for me and just giving the message that the age aint met what a nightmare

there isnt even an option to select another price type

Sorry mate, that's all I can think of. I've had a play on my account. When I assign to a child it's giving me the options in the attached pic...

On a personal note, I have ordered a new S/T card but will not be living at the address that CCFC hold for me when they send the cards out. Does anyone know the best email address for the club to ask them to send to a new address?

I’ve always rung up or gone in person and they’ve been great. Online can have its problems which are rarely the club’s fault
