“ Cardiff City’s New Price Structure 2023-24 “

Thu Jul 13, 2023 6:41 am

Update on season ticket sales, it’s a bit less than I thought seen as Cardiff are one of the cheapest in EFL and many clubs have increased :

14,030 sold.

Matchday tickets prices 23/24 in a new structure:

Prices split into Gold, Silver and Bronze with the opening two games in the Gold category.

Tickets on sale now for the first two home games.

General Adult tickets for both games start from £24 with Seniors (60+) from £19, 16-21 years from £14 & Juniors U16 from £11.

Don't understand what makes QPR gold and a club like Sunderland silver? I can understand the other clubs in gold but not QPR?

Other things they base it on is how likely there will a lot of away fans, so an increased chance of a good atmosphere in the stadium.

As others have said, QPR is there because it's the first home game.

Looking at that with the exception of 4/5 clubs I'd expect most clubs will be bringing 1500-2000 fans with them. Even Midweek we have home fixtures against Brum, WBA and Leicester (over Xmas) so would still expect decent numbers, should generate extra revenue

True, I didn't click on to that when looking. But think Plymouth boxing day will be potentially big home and away turn out.
