The final two relegation places in the Premier League will go to the final day on Sunday.
Southampton are already relegated.
Below is the table, what each of Everton, Leicester and Leeds need to stay up and their final games.
Everton
Everton will stay up with a win or if both Leicester and Leeds fail to win. If they lose and either of the other two teams win, they will go down. If they draw and Leicester win, they will go down - the same applies to if they draw and Leeds win, but Leeds will need a three-goal swing in goal difference.
Leicester
Leicester will stay up if they win and Everton don't. Any other result will see them relegated.
Leeds
To stay up, Leeds need a minor miracle. They would need to win, Leicester fail to win and Everton to lose - they could stay up if they win, Leicester fail to win and Everton draw but they would need a three-goal swing in goal difference between them and Everton.

It could be a nail-biting time for all the fans of those teams. Quite ironic that Everton fans will be hoping that Bournemouth's players are ready for the beach and that West Ham do not field a weakened team against Leicester, while Leicester fans will be wishing for the exact opposite!

Everton are in the best position to stay up - with the points and a Home game - where it's in their hands to avoid messing it up

Hope Everton do don’t know why, just think of the away trip.
Leicester will have a great chance I think West Ham will field a weekend side, with their European final coming up wouldn’t want any of their star players missing for that one.
Leeds well it’s Leeds so hope they don’t make a great escape.
