Vincent Tan has always viewed that there are not football fans and he considers us as "CUSTOMERS" well Mr Tan your customer base is very dissatisfied with the with the product you are asking us to purchase, either you need to get it better marketed or improved the quality of the product. Over to you Mr Tan

That for me is the biggest problem. We are regarded as customers.

And whilst that maybe the case their are some owners, some I have referred to in another post, who regard supporters as members of their family.

The moment this happens will be the moment when things start going good again.
