i would love to no out of this forum who doubts him and in favor of him?
i do favor him but don't agree on somethings he does but i am supporter u want everything ya own way but u never gonna get it .

I back him all the way we all make mistakes but he's done a cracking job with us and has handled things over the summer deserves Respect in my eyes as much as TG and VT

is he the perfect manager? no otherwise we wouldnt have him.
IMO he will take us up and have no doubts about wanting him to stay as Cardiff manager for the foreseeable future.

Jones has had very little to play with since he has been in charge but he has also made so dodgey decisions. When you fall out with him your gone! But he has got us closest to the Premier League than anyone else with very little supplies. Now with a top of the range training facilities and a squad capable of mid table in the Premier League, he simply has to do it this season, no excuses.

He has taken us as far as he can. I would like to see someone like Simon O'Driscoll come in before January and be given the money for the transfer period. I reckon that will save our season and see us go up.

He is a good manager, but he has no plan B and has no motivational skills, this season is his last chance to take us up, and by the last few games performances i cant see it happening.

Wait to we start playing the big teams. Look who we have played so far, Leicester bottom, Palace 3rd from bottom, Poortsmouth one above Palace, Sheff Utd and Hull a couple of places above Portsmouth, Doncaster mid table leaving Ipswich only team we have played in the top half. No wonder we are 2nd.

and like you pointed out the other day we have always struggled against the lower clubs while doing well against the bigger clubs. Only difference is this year we seem to be picking up points while playing poorly.
Under DJ we have always gone through good patches and poor patches and this is a poor patch no doubt but we have still managed to pick up points (which we havent before) and remain second. I await the good run of form and have zero doubt we will find it soon, its what we have done for the past 5 years under DJ.
At the moment I am massively frustrated with our form but not at all concerned. Its really not the drama some people think.
Come back to me in a month and if I am wrong I am wrong and I will admit it
