Superstore!!!!

Ordered the new away shirt on pre-release which was supposed to be guarenteed delivery on 28th Sept....this has still not been received and apparently has found its way back to supertore (i doubt it was ever sent out). After numerous phone calls and lots of hassle I have managed to get them to refund the postage costs but it was not easy.

Lesson learned for me, i won't be buying anything else from the shop! I try and give the club as much business as possible but they shouldn't make promises if they can't keep to them (heard that before??!!)

Any exciled fans beware

club shop are always a joke, untill they get those brain dead chavs from there it will always be the same

my mate had his away shirt delivered to him yesterday

I ordered one for my daughter to be picked up yesterday, went down to the shop and it was found and handed over in about 2 minutes flat.

Seems like you were unlucky, was the problem with the club or the dreaded Post Office

A bit of both I think! Fair play they are delivering it to work tomorrow...will believe it when I see it!
