I agree the only positive is we have taken 7 points which maybe we didnt when we werent playing so well last season.

Can't our mangement motivate the players ?

As I said in a thread yesterday Dave Jones tends to rub the fans up the wrong way with some of his idiotic comments about people in South Wales. It's his character and he has been the same since he came here. Every season we tend to fade away and players don't seem to want to play for him come the end of the season. From what I hear he rubs the players up the wrong way as well. He needs to go with the flow and enjoy the ride and stop being an old whinger with a massive chip on his shoulder. Saying all that we are still in second place in the league but the bad signs are already there. With the quality of squad at his disposal at the moment and the probability of significant strengthening in January we really should be running away with this league now and at the end of the season. If he can't get them motivated soon I would be in favour of moving him along and getting El Tel in (now theres a man motivator for you) before Wales pounce.
