Is Derby Live on Cardiff City TV?

After looking at the Cardiff City website, I can't tell whether or not I will be able to pay to watch it live. Anyone know? Sorry for my ignorance.

All matches are available to purchase if outside the UK.
It sometimes allows you to purchase the games if in the UK but i can't see that option for the Derby game
