Your happy to watch performances like tonight then are you? Our last four games: 2 loses where we didn't look like we bothered, a flukey win (come on you gotta admit no one deserved it) and tonight

Technically, we are still in the old second division

We've seen boom and bust football for the last 3 seasons and it's got us precisely nowhere.
If I have to endure a few performances like last night or last Saturday in order to get us in the automatic promotion places then I'm more than happy to do so
As Annis has said on numerous occassions, DJ has to be judged on results. Quite frankly, performances matter not a jot until they start awarding points for style
I actually think the performances will come when we are back up to full strength but for now another 0-0 on Saturday would suit me just fine

There is only one thing I am interested in and that is our league position on the 1st June 2011.
Quite frankly, I couldnt give a $h1t about our performances leading up to that. It is simply success or failure in my eyes. That may appear harsh but, to me, that is the reality of it.
I appreciate that others may not share my opinion and I respect their views. However, I have yet to read a Rothmans Yearbook which says Cardiff City finished 16th but they did play very well all season LOL!
At our present rate we are on target for 87 points - and that is with our best players missing!
If you want to watch good exciting games then maybe Leeds-v-Preston could be the answer. But I would prefer good honest boring football with a promotion at the end of the year.

We play like that against a better team then we will get thumped that is my concern Palace came for a point and played poor thats why they have been thumped by other teams but we worked the keeper once when Burke should have scored maybe but besides that Palace out played us and Heaton kept us in the game.
To play poor and get 4 points is not bad however last 4 games is won 1 lost 2 drawn 1 not promotion play is it.
So if we were playing poor and winning ok but we have 2 poor played games lost 1 lucky win against a 10 man Milwall and a lucky point last night.
I am a little concerned I know I have seen a lot worse in years gone by but we are expected to push for promotion now, if we fail then its going to look poor on Dave Jones and our club will be a mess so we need promotion but we play like last night much more and we will not get promoted
