Had a really good game again last night and scored for Ireland. My personal choice for player of the season so far.

Callum O’Dowda continuing his excellent form with the opening goal for the Republic of Ireland against Latvia
Stephen Kenny branded him Cardiff’s player of the season so far after naming him in his squad.

I tend to agree but there’s a gaping hole at LB and he’s probably best option for the position atm imo.

O'Dowda has had a great international break scoring 2 goals and have very performances, it sets it up well for the set of the season.
As far as the left-back slot is concerned, we already have the answer with Collins when he comes back after the long injury lay off, I am certain that had he been available this season O'Dowda would be playing as an out and out winger. Just one of the many fault-lines in this city squad, however looking forward to next season(hopefully in the championship) I think we have a number of pieces being lined up to make an upturn in our performance next season.

Agree with what your saying, Colins was my favourite out of the new signings. Was devastated for him when he got injured, he'd started so well
