Andrew, yes it is, although not a complete sell out.
Tickess are still available in other parts of the ground subject to higher prices than those released for the Upper Ninian

When i went on earlier there appeared just one ticket left for the Lower Ninian and the Canton was sold out

When i went on earlier there appeared just one ticket left for the Lower Ninian and the Canton was sold out
