EFL and free speech

Sat Mar 18, 2023 5:57 pm

SABRI LAMOUCHI been told by the EFL not to make any comment on the abandoning of todays game.
There is nothing in the EFL rules to stop him making a comment, and in this country there is still free speech, or have the EFL decided that that does not apply to football managers.
Myself I would comment and then pay the fine. Absolutely disgusting from the EFL and surely not lawful :banghead: :banghead:
Just what are they trying to hide, the effidence agianst Rotherham is there for all to see. They should be deducted points for failing to let the game go ahead, no one can do anything about rain downpours but the couple of groundsmen were just taking the piss not starting till 20 minutes after the rain stopped and you could see by their actions they were deliberately trying to get the game abandoned, CHEATS

Absolute disgrace by Rotherham sprinklers were still on during a torrential down pour. Then just two staff making a token effort to sweep water off then one of them actually dragging water back on. With a third person with a fork and one hand in his pocket occasionally prodding the pitch. The EFL should investigate because it was obvious to everyone there that Rotherham didn't want that game to continue! :banghead:

Howard Webb , the referee chief , who is also a Rotherham fan , was on the touchline advising the referee about abandoning the match ! Stinks .

Howard Webb is the head of the PGMOL though so is much higher ranked.

It's been confirmed that he was in the tunnel talking to the referee. The fact that he's a Rotherham fan means he can't look at it impartially and shouldn't have been having conversations with the referee.

The EFL have a big decision to make. They have the right to award a 1-0 victory to us. Been confirmed they're reviewing it.

There is video evidence of Rotherham's ground staff pushing water on to the pitch and that there were sprinklers on at half time.
