Mahlon Romeo urged his team-mates to back up a well-earned point against West Brom with a win at Rotherham to help ease the pressure on the club's relegation battle.
The Bluebirds travel to Yorkshire to take on fellow relegation strugglers Rotherham this weekend in a huge clash in the battle for survival.
After 10 points in six games, Cardiff want to go into the international break on the back of a positive result and Romeo is gunning for the three points at the weekend.
Mahlon Romeo:
"It was definitely a well earned point. It was always going to be tough, with the weather impacting the pitch against a really good team.," Romeo said of the West Brom game.
"It will prove very worthwhile in the end. We know we have to back up this point on Saturday. We need to make sure it meant something.
"It will be a completely different game. It'll be up to us to get in that mindset, turn things around and go again."
