Ive enjoyed seeing an upturn in Wrexhams fortunes. Very much reminds me of when Sam first took over us. It is exciting times one guesses for the North Walians.
It begs the question however, once they get into League 2, how many of their players will remain loyal? The big pull is currently their ownership, but they have a number of very good players who could certainly play at League 1 level, who knows maybe even have a stab at Championship.
At what point does money become a factor over celebrity status? It would not surprise me to see Wrexham go up, but lose a number of players...
I hope for their sakes it wont be the case, and I also hope the owners are prepared for the huge rise in costs when they get up to league 2.

Don't think that will be an issue, they'll probably buy more players if they go up anyway. Obviously they'll have to comply with the FFP rules in the EFL. Their sponsorships with big companies will help that.
They pay more in wages than some Championship clubs so can't see many clubs in League One being able to significantly beat their wages.
I think Reynolds and McElhenney are prepared to spend more money. They've already committed to improving the stadium and I read that in the time they've been there, they've spent a lot of money on the pitch by non league standards. Like you said, they'll have more costs in League Two when and if they get there but I think they'll have no issue with that because the owners are willing to spend and the sponsorships they have with big name companies.

Providing they go up this season and then strengthen their team, I can see them achieving back to back promotions, especially as League 2 is not the most difficult of leagues to escape from.

Didn't Mullins drop down a division or two to join Wrexham & is one of if not the highest paid players in the National league?

Let's hope they don't join the list of clubs who have been down in the dumps for years Luton Coventry etc then suddenly piss past us
