Sabri Lamouchi: We need more points from losing positions
Lamouchi has told his players to show more fight and start to earn points from losing positions.
Since the Frenchman took over, every game in which Cardiff have gone behind they have lost, every game in which they have taken the lead they have won.
Ahead of tomorrow's West Brom game, Lamouchi said he wants to see more dogged aggression in the face of adversity when his teams go behind.
"The thing we need to work on is; we score first we win, we concede first, we lose," Lamouchi said.
"The Championship is not like that. We need to fight until the end. We need to play hard. To give nothing to the opponent and to believe until the end.
"Unfortunately, it's a young squad with young players and they need time. We were thinking three weeks ago after Birmingham, then Reading and in Norwich we gave them the game, the two goals.
"Against Bristol City it was a great game. Very consistent for 95 minutes. Very serious. A great atmosphere in the stadium. After that we can say we found the right mentality.
"We lost concentration or it was a technical issue (at Preston). But it's very simple. The season, where we are playing, it's difficult, but we can just believe in ourselves a little bit more and together we will be stronger."
