It’s been decided that Cardiff City v Swansea will be on Saturday 1st April 3pm at the CCS.

It’s not on Sky.

So We should get a 27,000 - 30,000 crowd for such an important fixture.

Including up to 2,500 Jacks.

went to check if 117 open at 10:10 sat in a 35 minute online queue with 1000 people waiting, think this will be the biggest attendance in recent years!

Re the train strike being cancelled:



This relates to the RMT union strike for members at Network Rail on 16th March. RMT members who work for train companies are still set to strike on 16th, 18th and 30th March as well as on April 1st - when our game against Swansea is.

So there will still be disruption, although not on the same scale as was anticipated due to the RMT workers at Network Rail suspending their strike.

Those travelling using Transport For Wales trains on 1st April won't be effected as that train company isn't one of the 14 train companies striking on these dates.

However, for those of us who also need to use other train companies on these dates will be effected as their strike is still due to go ahead at the point. It is unclear at this point how significant this strike action will be now that RMT members at Network Rail are not going ahead with their strikes. The size of disruption is likely to vary by operator.



I still hope to be able to make it to the game, all depends on situation with the trains from here.


With TfW trains not being effected, I can see there being a big crowd for this game and would expect a big crowd. Good to hear tickets are selling fast

Its great but sadly I doubt we will get that number again this season

Looks like most of lower bowl sales going really well .

How many we sold so far?

just a handfull of seats in ninian stand and canton
quite a few in the grandstand.
wont be long before they open in the ninian upper i reckon, brilliant support considering where we have been recently.
will be over 30k i reckon.

All of the Jacks I know are dreading this game. Apparently they are awful, they think we’ll stuff them.

Hope they’re not selling tickets to the jacks up in new stand again like last season. Quite a few up there.
