MY VIEW:

THE BIG DERBY MATCH TODAY BELONGED TO THE MIGHTY BLUEBIRDS.

Cardiff deserved the 3pts and not only showed heart, played some good second-half football.

3 valuable points and nearer to safety.

3 wins from Cardiff’s last 4 games.

Clean sheet.

Back to back home wins

FIRST-HALF: End to end for long periods. Then 23rd min looked a certain goal by Bristol, kicked off the like by Cardiff and then a great save by Alsop. Cardiff did threaten and over all I believe Bristol just edged it, but 0-0 was fair going in at h-t.
There was no real midfield and at times the game was lifeless.

SECOND-HALF: 51st min: GOAL FOR CARDIFF! :bluebird: :bluebird:
What a goal it was
A fantastic cross from the right hand side from Ryan Wintle is met by Sory Kaba, with the Bluebirds man heading home in style
Cardiff 1-0 Bristol City

It was then for long periods all Bristol, Goalscorer Kaba comes off with Andy Rinomhota on .

More subs

Another Cardiff change sees Ralls off for O'Dowda, with the former Bristol City man met by boos from the travelling fans.

Wow!
A goal out of nothing as Philogene smacks home a low shot from long range, with O'Leary well beaten.
It's no more than he deserves - he's been terrific today.
Cardiff 2-0 Bristol City :bluebird:

Cardiff well and truly deserved the second-half.

Collwill came on for Ojo.

Cardiff goalie Alsop got sent off 91st min.

NG took over as goalie.

Brilliant performance, two great goals and a deserved win.

Perry Ng even did a good job as goalkeeper for the last five minutes.

Great to beat those lot.

Sabri Lamouchi got his tactics spot on.

Sawyers, Philogene, Wickham and Ojo were all very good.

Big win.

Biggest win of the season. Huge step towards safety. Finally we've turned up for a derby game and won. Limouchi deserves great praise for the tactics and mindset of team. Is Alsop's ban three games for a straight red?

Every point we get is a psychological blow to the chasing pack. We aren’t playing like a struggling team either. We played good football today and dominated large chunks of the game.

Best performance of the season for me. On a personal note, thanks for the Tuck In table, which we took as you were leaving.
Onwards and upwards now.

People need to realise now that after seasons of complaining that we don’t turn up for derbies, and right so, we turned up today and played them off the park. Every player was brilliant today, especially Philogene. The boy is growing in confidence and could be some player

Proper manager, not amateurs. Ex players or not, it doesn't work.
