Today is a free game for us

Most pundits believe we need 14 points to stay up and most consider today a guarantee win for Norwich

So taking the above into account we can just go into todays game and enjoy it. No pressure. Anything, even if its a point, is a bonus

I take your point but what I really meant was that when we looked at our remaining games, and where we were getting our 14/15 points, I think most of us stuck a zero next to Norwich away.

So what I meant was that a point would have been a bonus and put us ahead of schedule. But a defeat was half expected by most

Not only the three below us but Birmingham, QPR and Stoke just above us also lost. No ground was lost.

It was a free game for Norwich if anything.

They easily weathered the storm from us then as they were getting on top they got their goals. After that they just managed us without stepping back up again.

I understood where you were coming from but the way you worded it you were asking for trouble on this forum! I agree to a certain extent. Before the Birmingham game we would have been looking at 4 points from the next 3 games a minimum and been really happy with 6 points so anything we had at Norwich would have been a bonus

It's only a free game if we're mid table with nothing to play for....even though our relegation competitors all lost, we could have earned points and pulled away. Our team confidence is probably fragile so hopefully the players don't take the loss to harshly. On to the derby
