Not for us older ones. It was always Bristol City. Never really played Rovers until the 80's.

You are right. My memory must be fading because i can't remember playing them much in the 70's, though I do remember one game when Tony Evans scored 4 - i think it may have been a League Cup game. To me they always seemed to be on HTV West on a Sunday with Roger Malone playing the likes of Swansea - a very small club at that timeand Exeter in the old Third Division.
