Why wasn't Robinson subbed when clearly had serious injury

Snap call, when a player thinks he can play on you either trust or cover.

Physio felt it could be ran off too. It's one of those situations.

Personally I'd have taken him off instantly. But I guess it's up to the player and physio.

We used up all our subs didn't we, so it was either keep him on, or go down to 10 men?

A big mistake that, in the future, on the 2nd sub spot we will probably change 2 players and keep one late for injuries later on in the game.

By keeping him on Reading had to mark him or at least keep an eye on him.

Spot on - We need to learn from this and keep the last sub late + make more than 1 at the first chance .
