It feels like we finally have a proper manager in charge.

He’s reunited the team spirit and fully motivated the players.

Already identified players who aren’t good enough which previous managers couldn’t identify before.

His tactics tonight were spot on. When’s the last time we played with 3 strikers?

There will still be ups and downs this season but I hope whatever the outcome we stick with him and finally try and build something for the long term.

He knows the league and has changed a lot of things very quickly …we have been the best team in both games this week.
The players have reacted well and they seem to be full of confidence

It's nice to have a manager who can change tactics and formations to suit the game. Last 2 he's had it spot on how he set us up.
