What that I wouldn't let a guy point in my face giving it large, ah yes just walk on like nothing happened as that guy does it again to the next person and the person after that, utter clown

With respect - it’s not what you or I class it as. It’s what tbr legal system would class it as. And I very much doubt they would exonerate a punch like that seeing as they lock up people jailed for defending their homes being burgled. Right or wrong the system has different interpretations. The risks to the puncher and punchee are not worth it.
