MUST WIN ONE IN THREE : The reality is that

MUST WIN ONE IN THREE :

The reality is that : (1) We are only one point above the three bottom clubs who all have a game in hand over us. So it is reasonable to assume that it is likely that we are , effectively , in the relegation zone .

(2) The two clubs directly above us are starting to pull away ….being 4 and 5 points above us. So it is reasonable to assume that we have our work cut out , if we are to catch up with them.

(3) The clubs above those two are 9 points ahead of us. So it is reasonable to assume - at least for now- that it is quite unlikely that we will catch up with this group.

(4) We have 15 games to go - which is a third of the season - and consequently enough to pull out of the mess that we are in ….. but we better start producing NOW !

(5) To be honest , we have to accept that we are a “nearly” team . Almost good enough to survive ….but not quite so.

(6) I believe that Lamouchi - while definitely better than Morison , Hudson and Whitehead ….the jury is still out on him. Personally I believe that yet again and again Tan failed to instal the right man and continues to employ “yes sir” men . There is little doubt that Tan is highly involved .

(7) I believe that as it stands today ….it is an out and out “dog fight” between four clubs and we are one of them…….with little to separate them ! All four clubs made changes and additions in the transfer window in January. The bottom line is that all four clubs are much of a muchness . Our chances of avoiding the drop are probably …..25%.

(8) In February we have three games remaining before a two week break till March…… Birmingham, Reading and Norwich . It is imperative that at least we should win one of them …..and that is just to stay in the dog fight !! This is not a big ask at all .

(9) What happens after May 6th (Burnley) is for future debate …..as for now ….all we can and should do is to get firmly and vociferously behind our team on match day.

It’s over three and a half months since our last win, it’s not about bad luck, you make your own luck, our destiny is still in our own hands.

The stage is set with our present destiny at stake. All the best.

Deep Deep trouble. Not the managers fault not his squad and had no time to recruit. All he can do is try and install confidence and get the best out of what he has. On current form we are the worst of the lot. We need passion and fight now. The other teams seem to be able to score goals a bit more freely tho. In the lower divisions back in day when we were fighting for survival we were poor in quality but always had that fight and passion. Its all the fans ask for to give 100% now.

This side is relegated

We havnt won in 14 games

The squad is hopeless

The players have no fight or direction

We have scored 2 goals since the start of the year

That's relegatin nailed on

To stay up wne need points now

I can't see us getting more than draws against teams these days

This is the worst team in 20 years , generations of youngsters growing up will see us in the lower leagues and either not bother coming or watch Premier league on the TV

Relegation will see crowds of 12000 in a 30000 seater stadium

We are fecked and it's going to take a new owner for us to recover

Difficult to argue with anything said above

We 100% don't need people (seemingly like you) who won't get behind the team...

The signs were promising yesterday and there has been an improvement over Sabri Lamouchi's three games in charge to date. I feel we can get a positive result against Birmingham's City on Tuesday and again versus Ince's Reading on Friday evening...

Of interest, at the same point last season (10th Feb), we had 32 points from 29 games played and were in 20th position; a mighty one place higher than we are now...

I apologise profusely in advance for my abject positivity and belief that the club I love can beat the drop.; but I don't hear the rather obese lady with the high-pitched voice warbling quite yet...! ;) :laughing6:

I love CCFC

But the fact we havnt won in 14 games means that unless this team suddenly gets its act together we are going down

Must Win One In Three = Same as 3 Draws in 3 Games ... Good Maths ;)
